The brick and limestone clad structure houses 94 apartments ranging in size from 1,100 to 3,827 sf. Each unit also has individually controlled heating and air conditioning units. The building's amenities include a fitness center with a spa, a restaurant and underground parking. The kitchens feature white shaker cabinetry set off by polished absolute black granite floors and granite counter tops. The master baths, floors and walls, are done in a polished breccia oniciatta marble with polished black granite accents and have 6-foot soaking tubs.
