In May of 2001, Ken Browne as a Senior Vice President of Development for the Athena Group, led the development of 43 West 64th Street in New York City. The development included the adaptive re-use of an existing 9 story storage warehouse into a 12 story loft residential building with 33 luxury residential units comprising 86,000 GSF and 12,000 GSF of restaurant retail space.
