Ken Browne, as a Project Manager for HRH Construction Corporation, managed the construction of a 30-story office building on New York’s Fifth Avenue. This speculative building features ornate storefronts and a breathtaking main lobby on the ground floor. Attention to detail includes marble bathrooms and high quality finishes throughout. To enhance the beauty of the building, the developer used a stainless steel-clad curtain wall to give the building a crystal- like feeling. In addition, the elevators were engineered with travel tolerances and are built to the highest industry standards of the time. In fact, 565 Fifth Avenue was among the first in the country to achieve this level of elevator ride quality.
