In 1989, Kenneth P. Browne, as President of HRH Construction, oversaw the design and construction of 1325 Avenue of the Americas. This thirty-five story, 750,000 rentable square foot office building was built adjacent to the existing Hilton Hotel and provided 50,000 square feet of double height convention and exhibition space that was directly connected to the Hilton by a series of glass enclosed bridges. This glass and granite tower provided state of the art mechanical systems and a forty foot clear span, center core floor plate to create an extremely efficient, Class A office building in heart of midtown Manhattan.
