Urban Development Partners is currently developing a ground up, 250,000 sf mixed-use building located in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The development includes 229 apartments, ground level retail, parking, a landscaped interior courtyard and full set of luxury amenities including an indoor basketball court and rooftop terrace. Completion is set for the fall of 2013.
In association with MEPT/Bentall Kennedy, Urban Development Partners is close to completing the development of 309 Fifth Avenue, a thirty-five story mixed use development in Manhattan that includes 165 luxury apartments and 10,000 sf of retail. Leasing will commence in the spring of 2013.
In partnership with AREA Property Partners and BLDG Management, Urban Development Partners has recently commenced construction on 110 First Street in the heart of Jersey City’s waterfront. The thirty-five story, 644,000 sf building will feature 451 residences, parking, retail and terrific amenities including an outdoor pool. Completion is scheduled for the spring of 2015.
