Urban Development Partners is currently developing a 250,000 sf mixed-use project with AREA Property Partners. This ground up development is located in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn and includes 229 apartments, ground level retail, a landscaped interior courtyard and a full luxury amenities package. Foundations are in progress with a completion date set for the fall of 2013. Also currently under construction is 309 Fifth Avenue, a thirty-five story mixed-use development located in Manhattan. The project consists of 165 luxury apartments and 10,000 sf of retail. The concrete superstructure is underway with a completion date set for the spring of 2013.
